Mikaela & Jose tied the knot in June 2026 at The Videre Estate and it was grand in every way! Their day was colorful, romantic, intentional, and completely unforgettable! From the moment guests arrived, it was clear that florals and design were going to be at the heart of their celebration. With colorful spring blooms, dramatic installations, layered tablescapes, personal details, custom touches, and a vendor team that brought every detail to life, this wedding was a true representation of going all in on your vision.
Bridges & Co. Events had the joy of helping bring Mikaela & Jose’s vision together through planning, and The Videre Estate proved to be the perfect setting for a wedding of this scale. From large getting ready suites, a ceremony on the beautiful balcony overlooking the Texas Hill Country, cocktail hour on the patio, an array of green space & stunning reception hall lined with windows, The Videre Estate is a hidden gem.

The Flowered Blue absolutely transformed Videre Estate with a floral design that was colorful, lush, and unapologetically grand. Pinks, periwinkle, bright blues, lilac, and white came together to create the most beautiful spring palette.
Florals were a major investment for Mikaela & Jose, and you could see exactly why. The ceremony featured grand floral pillar installations paired with meadow arrangements that framed the couple without taking away from the beauty of the property. Tulle bows with pearls were tied onto each aisle chair, adding a soft and romantic detail to an otherwise dramatic ceremony design.
In the reception space, hanging smilax covered the beams alongside floral arrangements attached to the beams throughout, creating an immersive garden feeling above the guests. Lush floral centerpieces filled the tables, while colorful pillar candles pulled in the same shades as the florals and added even more dimension to the room.
The sweetheart table featured a cascading floral arrangement that brought the entire design together and created a stunning focal point for the newlyweds.
This was a wedding where the florals weren’t simply an accessory to the design – they were the heart of the design!

Mikaela’s bridal look was every bit as grand as the rest of her wedding day!
Her gown from Kleinfeld Bridal featured an intricately beaded bodice with a cat-eye neckline and a full satin skirt. Paired with her cathedral-length veil, the look was classic bridal glamour. Her dress featured a stunning slit to show off the blush ballet-inspired stilettos by Christian Louboutin. They added the sweetest feminine detail underneath her gown while still having their moment.
Her bouquet was another floral masterpiece. The Flowered Blue hand-chained tulips and calla lilies together to create a beautiful draping effect that felt delicate and editorial while still tying perfectly into the larger floral design.
Even the bridesmaids’ bouquets were intentionally designed. Each bridesmaid carried a single type of flower pulled from the larger floral palette, creating a beautiful mix of individual bouquets while still feeling cohesive as a whole. The bridesmaids also wore different lilac dresses, adding to the whimsy of the overall aesthetic!
When it was time to really start the party, Mikaela changed into a custom-altered reception dress that originally was her mom’s wedding dress!
There is something so special about taking a piece of your family history and giving it a completely new life while stepping into a new chapter of your own. The dress was sentimental, personal, and the perfect ‘closing scene’ to Mikaela’s overall look!

As grand as the design was, the most beautiful moment of the ceremony had nothing to do with the flowers. When Jose saw Mikaela walking down the aisle, he immediately burst into tears!
It was one of those moments that reminds us why all of the planning, designing, and countless little decisions matter in the first place. The room could have been filled with the most beautiful flowers in the world, but nothing compared to watching Jose see his bride for the first time.
Even the groom and groomsmen had a unique floral detail. Instead of traditional boutonnieres, each wore a floral broach that felt intentional and perfectly suited to the elevated design of the day.

Mikaela & Jose’s reception was just as intentional as their ceremony. High-quality linens, beautiful floral napkins and elevated table settings created a reception that felt luxurious yet bright and fun. Lace bar signs added another touch of texture and tied back into the romantic details throughout the day. One of our favorite details was their swan escort card display. It was whimsical and elegant, being completely on theme with the garden inspired design. They also created custom matchbooks and golf tees that served as favors for guests!
Rather than choosing just one traditional dinner option, Mikaela & Jose created an entire experience with four different food stations set up in each corner of the room: comfort food, a fresh salad station, Chinese food, and a taco bar. It gave guests the freedom to build their own dinner experience while also making the meal feel like part of the celebration rather than simply another wedding day logistical detail! Dessert kept the same fun, guest-focused energy with cookies, brownies, and cake balls fitted with their alma mater alongside their cookie cake wedding cake!
After dancing the night away and just when guests thought the evening couldn’t get any more memorable, Mikaela’s dad surprised the couple with a fireworks show! The sky lit up over Videre Estate as everyone gathered to watch, creating the kind of ending that felt like a movie! And when it was finally time for Mikaela & Jose to make their sparkler exit, they drove away in a classic 1964 Chevy. It doesn’t get more perfect wedding day than that!

Mikaela & Jose’s wedding at The Videre Estate was a beautiful example of what happens when a couple fully commits to their vision. Every element was incredible, from the hand-chained bridal bouquet and colorful floral installations, high quality tablescapes, custom favors, bridal look, four dinner experiences, and movie-esc send off.
It was grand without losing the plot, colorful without feeling overwhelming and luxurious without losing the fun!
