Hey y’all! I’m Micah & I’ve been planning weddings since 2020! After graduating from Texas A&M (WHOOP) with my Bachelor's in Business Management & surviving being a COVID bride, I decided to start Bridges & Company! I’ve been a part of this amazing industry for almost 6 years, but have always had a love for hospitality & gathering people together. God has truly blessed me with a job that I love, and an environment where I can constantly learn & meet new people.
My favorite part of planning weddings is helping the bride figure out her wedding design. I have a deep love for antique dishes (I have 4 full sets for each season & a china closet full to the brim of thrifted trinkets), so the little details of the place setting are always so fun to design! My favorite part of a wedding day would have to be after the bride & groom exit their ceremony. They are usually followed by their wedding party/best friends & family, & they all get to soak it in together!
I live West of Austin in Blanco, TX where I'm living out my dream as a dog mom, coach's wife, and wedding planner! When I'm not planning events you can find me antique shopping, cross stitching, visiting my local library, hanging with my golden/cocker spaniel Bonnie Lou, supporting my husband Matt at a football game or golf tournament, or traveling with my family. (My favorite places are Boston & Maine).
To make a long story short, I’m a Texas Hill Country girl with a deep love for the New England Coast, my family, and my “old lady hobbies”! I am so happy to be taking what I’ve learned over the years & pour it into other creatives in my industry!

From an early age I have always had a passion for helping others. I love to host/plan events and provide memorable experiences for everyone, especially when it comes to weddings. This desire to help led me to earn my Masters in Hospitality Management from UNT (University of North Texas). I’m genuinely blessed that God led me to join Micah’s team and be a part of a wonderful company that truly does make dreams come true for brides on their special day!
My favorite part about a wedding day would have to be the setup and décor. I love watching everything come together, the place settings, the candles, the flower arrangements, etc. Seeing the bride's vision all come to life, from the ceremony to the reception hall is extremely satisfying and I love being a part of it!
I have lived in many different places including Alaska, but I currently live in Central Texas, which is such a blessing because I love being closer to all my family. When not working, I love spending time with my friends and family, being a cat mom to my furry baby Leo, cross stitching, diamond art painting, and also watching old movies.

I first got a taste into the hospitality world through my time leading in college ministry, where I planned events, and learned the joy of creating spaces where people feel welcomed and cared for. That season gave me a love for organization, people, and celebrating meaningful moments - all of which naturally led me into the wedding industry. Helping couples bring their vision to life and knowing I get to play a role in one of the most important days of their lives is something I truly cherish.
Outside of weddings, I love exploring coffee shops, traveling to new places, and spending time with others. Flowers, photography, and all things cozy bring me a lot of joy, and I’m always looking for creative ways to bring beauty into everyday life. My favorite part of a wedding day is the quiet, in-between moments and the look on a groom’s face when he sees his bride. Those little glimpses of love and joy are what make every wedding feel unforgettable.
