Who says you can’t have a stunning, elegant black and white wedding and a super fun party atmosphere at the same time? Caroline and Jaxon’s fall wedding at The 4 Eleven in downtown Fort Worth was the perfect blend of both. From the moment guests arrived, it was clear this day would be led by great music, spunky personal details, and having the best time with the people who matter most. The celebration flowed beautifully from ceremony to cocktail hour and straight into a packed dance floor by the end of the night.

Downtown Fort Worth is the perfect backdrop for a timeless wedding with a little flair. The 4 Eleven adds a modern twist, and together the two brought Caroline and Jaxon’s classic black and white design to life.
The design was anchored by stunning floral installations, including greenery draped along the walls and beautiful baby’s breath arrangements that looked like clouds. The effect was dreamy and airy—like a breath of fresh air—creating a timeless, romantic atmosphere.
To bring in a hint of the party to come, disco balls were hung from the ceiling, tying the elegant design into the high-energy celebration later in the night.
One of our favorite personal touches was the signage created by the bride herself. Caroline designed several pieces used throughout the day, adding a little personality with signage that felt playful and slightly funky while still fitting perfectly within the overall aesthetic. It’s always special when couples find ways to incorporate their own creativity into the details.

Caroline & Jaxon had the best soundtrack for their wedding day and it’s because they prioritized music!
The incredible experience began with a romantic string quartet for the ceremony, setting a timeless tone as guests watched Caroline and Jaxon say their vows. Afterward, guests moved out to the patio for cocktail hour under the string lights while a live saxophonist played, creating the perfect relaxed and chic atmosphere.
As the evening transitioned into the reception, the saxophonist added one more fun touch by leading guests from the patio to inside the venue to find their seats. It was such a memorable moment and a creative way to move everyone into the next part of the celebration.
To top it all off, Caroline and Jaxon hired a live band they had heard on one of their dates! The band absolutely delivered, creating the kind of high-energy dance floor that kept guests out there celebrating well into the night.

After tearfully watching Caroline & Jaxon give their vows, guests gathered outside on the patio for cocktail hour under twinkling string lights, while their amazing vendor team flipped the ceremony space to host the most fun reception. Thanks to a smooth collaboration between vendors, the transition happened seamlessly and guests returned inside to a fully transformed space ready for dinner and dancing.
Moments like that are one of the reasons The 4 Eleven is such a great venue for weddings in downtown Fort Worth. The space allows the celebration to move naturally throughout the venue while giving guests something new to experience at each stage of the evening.

Another standout moment of the night came from the dessert vendor, Beignet Bus. Their setup was not only adorable, but the treats were incredible. They kept the party going by fueling guests with fresh beignets and plenty of hot chocolate. We love it when couples include something a little unexpected for their guests, and the Beignet Bus was definitely a sweet way to elevate the guest experience.

Just when the night couldn’t get any more fun, Caroline surprised everyone with a reception dress change. Her second look was perfect for dancing and brought a fresh burst of energy to the party as the celebration kicked fully into gear.
With the live band keeping the momentum going, guests filled the dance floor and the celebration carried on late into the night.
